Biofix presents its first ARR project in Colombia at Orinoquia Green Summit

COP30 in Belém, Brazil, has delivered a clear message: ecosystem restoration and Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) are central to achieving the 1.5°C target.

In line with this, Biofix recently launched Orinoquia CDR project, an A/R (Afforestation / Reforestation) initiative that establishes a concrete action: the planting of 7 million trees in one of the most strategic regions for Colombia's environmental future.

Using the Gold Standard methodology, the project will also generate direct and indirect jobs, restore native species, and remove tons of CO₂ from the atmosphere.

The commitment is clear: Biofix transforms global mandates into verifiable local impacts. We will continue to be part of this conversation, but above all, we will continue to generate the results the planet needs.
