Biofix at COP30: commitment to climate integrity and global cooperation

Biofix participated in COP30 in Belém, Brazil, engaging in high-level spaces dedicated to climate justice, human rights, and data transparency. Our presence reaffirmed our commitment to strengthening the integrity and impact of climate action across the region.

As part of the official agenda, Biofix contributed to the Digital Innovation Pavilion by joining the panel “Financing Early-Stage Nature-Based Solutions”, where we shared insights on how innovation, technology, and climate finance can unlock capital for high-integrity, early-stage, nature-based projects. This participation positioned Biofix within global discussions on the future of sustainable investment and digital transparency.

Biofix also took part in strategic meetings and thematic dialogues throughout the week. A key moment was our attendance at the launch of the Equitable Earth Methodology for REDD+ projects, a framework directly connected to our participation in Everland’s Outcome Bond Community. The session, held alongside Indigenous leaders from the Amazon, highlighted the essential role of their knowledge in shaping global adaptation strategies and ensuring inclusive climate solutions.

In addition, we engaged with leading companies on decarbonization pathways, met with government delegations to strengthen international cooperation, and connected with organizations developing innovative tools to mobilize climate finance. These exchanges reinforce Biofix’s mission to advance high-integrity, community-centered climate solutions across multiple countries.
