It is about the 'climate Summit Latin america and the Caribbean'
This event is held every year and involved international experts to analyze the evolution of Carbon markets in the region and the world.
National and international experts will meet in Cartagena, Colombia, in The Climate Summit Latin america and the Caribbean to carry out an analysis on the evolution of carbon markets, carbon taxes, quotas and tradable emissions, the bilateral mechanisms of the market, the article 6 of the Paris Agreement and its expectations and the impact of the NDC and the nature-based solutions.
The event will take place on 6, 7 and 8 October and is organized by the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA) and the Colombian Association of Actors of the Carbon Market (Asocarbono), with the support of USAID and the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development.
