The project TANGARA REDD+ is the only project that is developed on private land to the south of the bay of Buenaventura, in the Valley of the Cauca, Colombia, and aims to protect 8.558 hectares of tropical moist forest.
His name is a homage to one of the main species of fauna that are protected through the activities of this project: the bird tanager.
